St. Colmcille Pageant Weekend 2014

To celebrate the life and achievements of St. Colmcille I took part in a guided tour of the Holy Wells in the Rathcormac area that were associated with the saint.

Participants were told all about the history of St Colmcille, the archaeology of the Drumcliff/Rathcormac area and the archaeology and folklore of pilgrimage to Holy Wells.
