Remembering The Armada event at Streedagh beach

What a great day at the Celtic Fringe Fest, Grange, Co. Sligo.

Brilliant living history displays and talks by Claíomh. We had great fun being involved in organising the sandcastle building competition and the costume competition. It was a great way for children to learn about the 16th Century and the history of the Spanish Armada in Ireland.

Well done Grange and Armada Development Association for holding a very successful event.
